How do we both ground ourselves and find grounding in those around us? (Through yoga, obvs! ;) ...This class taps into your own powers of grounding and into your powers of connecting. We use some boundaries to find expansion in this Katonah based class. expect to find your side body, your hamstrings, and, eventually, friend of the universe pose. Suggested props: blanket, blocks, strap.

Cat got your tongue? Ignoring your body's messaging? Your fifth chakra is all about communication and in this class, we clear that space. We flow, we make noise, we go to the wall for a little bit of handstand work, and we end with a traditional shoulder stand/plow. Suggested props: blanket.
