Katonah: Let your Imagination do the Heavy Work

The real magic in a Katonah practice is the employment of the imagination: it is what allows us to do things physically that we can't quite understand how to do yet; it is what allows us to go past our habits and patterns and fully articulate the shapes; it is what helps us get over ourselves and out of our depths and fully embody the poses. And, the metaphor of this is using our imaginations to get ourselves to where we want to go in our lives--even if we can't understand the "how" yet. Give your imagination the credit it deserves and let it do the heavy work for you! Suggested props: strap, blocks, blanket
