This is the class for the days you want to really challenge yourself. To break out of your box; to get out of your head; to shift your perspective; to move forward! We do some of the most uncomfortable poses to be in so that you can practice really breathing through those times. It's big work, but it's worth it! Suggested props: blanket, blocks, wall.
