We start slow today, giving ourselves time to breathe and center ourselves, with a focus on organic movements--trusting yourself to find the movements that suit you. We move into a lot of deep inner thigh work (strength and stretching!), bringing us into deep skandasana poses and toward ekapada arm balances. Suggested props: blanket, blocks.
