How do we find comfort in how we fit into our skin, and how we fit into the world? (Yoga, obvs!) This Katonah Yoga practice really centers us and brings us into our fits. This practice will both stabilize you and get you into your hip flexors and heart openers. (2nd and 4th chakras.) Props needed: wall (or couch or a dresser--something your shin can prop against!).
