Are your emotions feeling like they are running the show? Are they sloshing out into your life a little more than you like? This practice will serve to help you find your container and stabilize your hips to help find the balance for your emotional body. We do a Katonah-based practice with some flow sprinkled in to get you prepped for your day. Props needed: blanket, blocks, and anything else you'd like.
