Really, our whole goal is to deepen our awareness of our breath so that we can immediately have information about our bodies and energy and emotions to use in our lives. Today we go deep on awareness and deep into the hips/hip flexors and hamstrings as we explore some variations of dancers pose and variations of half lotus. Suggested props: strap, blanket.
