Today we use the mantra "either it goes well, or it passes" to help us through the class/through our lives. The mantra comes from a song "Trying to see U" by Luca, which we play at the beginning and end of class. The class is a strong Katonah-informed leg/butt class, with a lot of chair poses, stabilizing of the hips and legs, with some shoulder opening thrown on top. The class ends with a series of seated forward folds to really lengthen out all the muscles we worked so much through class. Lastly, we land in the mantra and let it soften us. Suggested props: blocks, blanket. Recorded February 2025.
