This is a practice where we actively practice trusting our yoga practice. Trusting that it is there for us even when we feel exhausted; helpless; so consumed by grief... whatever it is, yoga has our back. If you're feeling overwhelmed, this is a practice to step into. We play with some flow, some fun transitions, and end with KOTM (from Katonah: King of the Mountain) to help you feel ready for what your day has in store. Suggested props: blanket, blocks
