This is a flow practice that focuses on highlighting your own sight and intuition. Viveka (interpreted as "clear sight" or "right discernment") is practiced through self-cuing the physical asanas. I direct the practice, but you use your own understanding, trust, and intuition (based in the technique you have cultivated over time) to find alignment (both in the asanas and in your life). If you're feeling like you want some space for exploration and creativity, this is a good class to practice. Suggested props: blanket, blocks
