Today we broaden, we smile, we work, and we know that we are amazing humans of action. This class is great if you are having some shoulder tightness--we really focus on finding space in the upper chest/back region. Throw in a little hip opening and you've got a magic class ending with a bound sleeping pigeon pose (my fav!). Suggested props: blocks
