Do you want a little peace of a lot of peace? Start here, with your shoulders, in your yoga practice. In our practice, everything changes. Some times we can do poses, sometimes we can't. Many things impact how we feel in our practice each day. Today the only thing we hold on to is that fact that everything is impermanent, which leads us toward our own liberation. We work this through our shoulders in a mainly Katonah-based class, leading toward some binds and bird of paradise balancing pose. Suggested props: strap, blocks, blanket, and optional sandbag
