Today we work on releasing pain/anger/sadness/anxiety--you name it!--that you want out of your body. We do this through some lion's breaths, some big explosive moves, and some deep hip work. We play with experiencing a bit of fear/uncertainty on the mat with our crow to headstand transitions. And then we pull it all together by re-aligning ourselves physically and energetically through King of the Mountain. Suggested props: blanket, blocks, optional wall. Recorded August 2024.
