A big part of the Katonah practice is creating stability and boundaries for ourselves... so that we have increased vision. Today we work this theme from the ground up, starting with our feet and ankles and moving through the practice and toward compound bow pose. Then take it to the earth to offer ourselves gratitude and give it back to ourselves through a self foot massage. Suggested props: blocks, blankets. Recorded August 2024.
