When a judgemental thought arises, how do we find gratitude? When a doubt surfaces, how do we shift toward gratitude? When everything seems hopeless, how do we reframe to gratitude? We practice this today, as any thought arises. We work through our moon flow and into some deep releasing with knee in the floor, foot at the wall work and some standing splits at the wall. Suggested props: blocks, blanket, wall. Recorded September 2024.
