Today we focus on finding our way back into the present moment, over and over. How do we stop our future-tripping, anxious, dreading minds? Today we use some hip stabilizing in our practice, beginning with pigeons and our cross-legged flow, and then moving into eagle at the wall. Combined with the power of our breath? We got this. Suggested props: blankets, blocks, wall. Recorded August 2024.
