Community Katonah practice here to save the day and open you up! Do you need some inspiration to open up to the things around you? To say YES to discovering these opportunities? Here it is!! Expect to get into the hips/hip flexors and lots of backbending. This is definitely a spring (the season!) practice. Props needed: a wall (or a couch or something solid to use behind your leg at some point), a blanket (or cushion or towel), and blocks or other supports. Poem read in class is by Danna Faulds.
