This is a Katonah-informed class, using Katonah principles to move toward flying pigeon arm balance. We play with the idea of using our shadow to motivate us and move us toward the light. We practice going into the shadow, exploring it and understanding it, and coming back out. This practice has lots of side body stretching and hip stability and flexibility, with deep awareness and tuning in along the way. Suggested props: blocks. Recorded February 2025.
