This class is slow moving, intentional, and all about breathing into our fullness. We take the moon as inspo and flow with the tides into some balancing shapes (especially half moon!). At the end of the class we power up our intentions into 108 frog squats (hello legs!), Suggested props: blanket, blocks, wall. Recorded August 2025.
