This practice is Katonah-based, focusing on gratitude, specifically gratitude for our privilege to practice. We focus on some stability within the practice and in the contraction and expansion of the body, mirroring the heart. We use a lot of eagle pose for this work and move through several backbends and toward some folding and unfolding headstand work. Suggested props: blocks, blanket, wall. Recorded September 2025.
