Today we choose to step into flow and then re-align so that we know where we are going. When we step into the flow, we let go of our thinking brain and choose to be in the intelligence of the body. This is a Katonah-based class starting off with the moon flow and moving into some balance and stabilization poses, working toward dancer's pose. Suggested props; strap, blocks, blanket
