Today we practice AWE meditations (listen to the 10% Happier episode about it, episode #630 from August 2023) throughout our practice as a way to bake more awe into our days. This method of microdosing meditation has been shown to reduce depression and anxiety significantly. This is a Katonah-based class with a little bit of flow. We hit shoulders, hips, core, and AWE!
