Today's class is building toward handstands (with options to not kick up, if that isn't in your practice!). We use the magic square to orient ourselves and our polarities to reach and extend. We use the concept of buoyancy throughout the practice to keep ourselves light and find our courage. Expect some work with the hands on the floor and some hamstring lengthening and a little bit of balance work before the handstand drills and playtime! Suggested props: blocks, blanket, wall
