Today we play with all the ways that we can drop out of our thinking brain and find our way back into our bodies. And wow is it powerful! I recommend coming back to this class every few weeks until it becomes second nature. We do some side body lengthening and some hip stability and flexibility. Recommended props: blanket and blocks.
