How often do we get true closure on things in our lives? It can be frustrating to live in a space of uncertainty around an unresolved issue, but we can also offer that closure to ourselves. This class focuses on closing the loops -- metaphorically, in our bodies, and with our breath. In this class we do some hip work and balancing work, using the breath to loop and wrap and support the physical and emotional body. Suggested props: wall, blocks, blanket
