Today's practice is one for when you're feeling a little overwhelmed and need some centering. We use the Katonah breath wraps in a more vinyasa-style class to continue to wrap ourselves and hold ourselves. We get into the hips and stay fairly low and slow. There's an option for a flying pigeon pose if you want it! Suggested props: blocks and/or blankets as desired
