Katonah is a practice of embodiment, and today we use our embodiment to really tune into what our body may be trying to communicate with us. We move slowly and with purpose, staying really cued into our breath along the way. We take our time in getting set up and move toward foot up the wall pose, which will allow movement/healing through release of the hip flexors/psoas muscles. Suggested props: blanket, blocks, strap, wall (or couch!)
