We often talk about stability in the hips in Katonah, but today we move the stability conversation up into the shoulders. We do a lot of work with the strap to bring more awareness to the shoulders and how we are using them. We move toward some compound bows (pictured) and then we end with some inversion (handstand!) work to pull it all together. Props suggested: strap, blocks, wall
