Today's practice is low and a little slow--we ease into the practice. So if you're feeling tired and need to gently wake up your body/mind/intuition, choose this practice. We start with a short meditation, stretch out on our back, and then move through some crossed leg flow and balancing poses, ending with some breath work bringing the universal into embodiment. Suggested props: strap, block, blanket. Recorded January 2025.
