You don't need to worry about things --> presto, inner peace. In today's practice we focus on finding the idea of supported fish pose throughout our practice: this feeling of laying back over the universe and letting it hold you. We work some deep alignment and also get into the shoulders and hips to be able to slow it all down and go deep within. Add in a few revolutions to even it all out, and you're done! Suggested props: blocks, blankets, strap. Recorded October 2024.
