Today I woke up with a renewed sense of energy: it bubbled up from within and it reminded me of my own potential. And that's what we do through today's practice: remind ourselves of our deep potential and activate it. This class works to release stale energy (from the hips and through lots of Lion's breath) to give us a renewed sense of purpose. Then we move this new energy throughout our system to take into our days. Suggested props: blanket, blocks. Recorded October 2024.
