This is a slooooooooow class. If you are overwhelmed or in need of some deep presence, this is the class. Today's request was for slow, deep stretches. We keep it moving and engage our imaginations to stay sooooo present. At the end of this class, even my feisty cat (Cat) was the chillest. (Dedicated to Teeny who requests this every class!)
