Community Flow: Consistency for Stability

The consistency of our practice is what gives us the ability to navigate things off the mat. But we want to focus on practicing for the practice's sake, not for some goal we are trying to achieve (whether it is emotional, physical, or otherwise). Today we start with a stability flow and then move to the wall for some backbending, and then put it all together in a flow. Props needed: wall, any others are optional.
