Today we flow, finding grounding, and the lightness in our grounding. We embody Ganesha (the elephant headed god) and work to transform heaviness to grounding in our bodies. All the while, looking for the upward, opposing energy to keep ourselves feeling light. We work some grounded backbends to find this in our bodies and move toward some wide legged entrances to headstand. Great to practice when you're feeling stuck/sad or when you feel a little too floaty and un-grounded. Props suggested: strap
