1h 6m
This is a Katonah-based class, focusing on hips, shoulders, and core, with an overall theme of healing through self-forgiveness. We watch for the voices, the thoughts, the patterns that are unkind and then come back to forgiveness, over and over. How can we soften toward ourselves even more? We end with a long savasana. Suggested props: blocks, blanket. Recorded June 2025.
