Today we tune into what passions are driving our hearts and use the inspiration of Hanuman to carry us through our practice. This is a Katonah-based practice--moving through the hip flexors and hamstrings to stretch ourselves and move into standing splits, splits (hanumanasana), and splits variations. Let your heart be courageous and put it on the line! Suggested props: wall, blanket, strap, blocks. Recorded March 2024
