This is a mostly Katonah class with a little bit of flow thrown in. We work with finding peace in our mantras to take into our inversions and to take off the mat as well. We spend the class working toward pincha mayurasana (peacock pose, or forearm stand), so there are a lot of dolphin poses and low planks to get the body ready while integrating our mantras and training ourselves to keep calm. Expect a lot of shoulder work, some hip/hip flexor stretching (with part of the Katonah wall sequence), and ending with a savasana full of peace and grounding. Suggested props: wall, blanket, strap, blocks
