When your nervous system needs a reset, open your hands, take a deep breath, and then step back in. We use the open palms tool throughout this practice, alternating between big activating poses (think hops and some powerful explosive moves!), leading to some inversion play at the end of the class. Suggested props: blanket, blocks, wall. Recorded July 2024.
