Whether you're feeling low energy or high, this class focuses on pulling our energy up. The request was for "high energy and jumping" and I was feeling low energy. But wherever you are on your energetic scale, this class will assist in pulling you up! We work on jump-throughs and finding our polarities while grounding down and lifting up. And then: hips, twists, and binds, oh my! Suggested props: blocks, blanket, wall. Recorded May 2024.
