I always forget to love myself; and yet, unfortunately, I never forget to be self-critical. Today's class is focused around training ourselves to offer love and care back toward ourselves. We start on the floor (self-love!) and move through the joints and body opening ourselves up slowly. We end with some bigger backbends and then move toward tortoise (kurmasana) and finish with a supported savasana.
