This class is all about moving stress out of the physical body, the mind, and the energetic body. We use some supported heart openers, some shoulder and neck release, and some balancing breath work for the internal state, all with the goal of moving into the rest of your week in a less stressed state. We continue to choose to release the hold stress has on us, to be kind to ourselves, and to be really present with our breath and our softening. This is a Katonah-based class, with pranayama infused throughout the practice. Suggested props: blocks, blankets. Recorded August 2024.
