Katonah class; Yoga Journal and science inspired: creating spaciousness internally to unstick the deep rooted emotional responses. This class focuses on creating space in the hips, though there isn't much "hip opening" --but we focus on stability and space using our imaginations. Expect a little bit of shoulders/wrist/ankles as well. We finish with a seated virasana and some pranayama. Suggested props: blanket and/or block.
