When we strive for perfection, it's hard to feel our progress, or to feel successful. But when we strive for awareness, we can be perfectly present and celebrate our progress in each moment. Today we focus on our internal and external awareness, and the awareness of both simultaneously. We move through a Katonah practice, starting by working through the joints and moving into some cross-legged poses and getting into the hips. We close with a seated King of the Mountain pranayama. Suggested props: blanket, blocks, strap. Recorded May 2025.
