We stabilize first so that we can continue to grow our capacity. Today we really work on regulating the system [the body/the house] and then work the most subtle and careful building up into what we know we can do. We work some swimming, some folding and unfolding, some eagle arms, and some polarities, all to get us back to center so we can tackle the day. This class is great paired with (before or after) the Building Capacity class. Suggested Props: blocks, blanket, strap
