Katonah: Defaulting to Love

How do we create a loving response as the DEFAULT response? Practice. "I see love." We start the asana practice with a moon flow, moving into some pigeons, some folding and unfolding, some twisting, some warriors, some camels, and ending with a little self-love rest. This is a Katonah-based practice. Suggested props: blocks, blanket, strap. Recorded April 2025.
