Build that comfort-zone muscle! More than just getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, today we are expanding our comfort zone. We find what feels easy, and then we see if we can try a little more. A little more speed, a little more breath, a little more stretch, a little more challenge. Can you ramp it up just a hair? We work our shoulder stability with the strap and forearm variations including pincha options at the end. This is a Katonah-based practice, suggested props: blankets, blocks, straps, wall. Recorded April 2025.
