Today we focus on training the body on a deep level so that the healthy, calming option becomes automatic. We practice big poses and try to intuitively allow the body to suggest the need for modifications as needed. We work our Sat Nam (Truth is my Identity) meditation to start, then start our asana practice with pigeons. Then we move into warrior poses and forward folds, and finish with some extended breath work. Suggested props: blocks, blanket, strap. Recorded April 2025.
