Bring yourself back to life! This practice is intended to pull you out of hibernation (whether it was a true winter or a metaphorical one!) and create space for new possibilities. We do some alternate nostril breathing and then do lots of big sweeping motions and twists through some flowing poses, and end with a grounding savasana. Suggested props: blocks as desired. Recorded April 2025.
