Today I am willing to see things differently. We work many different variations of inversions, both on the mat and at the wall to keep practicing this mantra in our bodies and on the mat. We flow through some shapes and end with a supported forward fold and short meditation at the wall to really seal it all in to our bodies. Suggested props: blocks, blanket, strap, wall. Recorded April 2025.
