The last in the exploration of the 5-Rhythms-thorough-yoga series! Today we embody stillness through a slow-moving Katonah practice. We work to really find our seat of stillness, moving into the hips toward lotus and meditation. Expect lots of breath wraps and to end with a feeling of near-enlightenment! ;) Suggested props: blanket, blocks, strap. Recorded March 2024
